1. Aluminum EN AW 2017A:
Aluminum a2017-t451: is aluminum in the T451 state. To achieve this temperature, the metal is heat treated with a solution, stress relieved, and then naturally aged.
Aluminum a2017-T3: To achieve this temperature, the metal is heat treated with a solution, strain hardened, and then naturally aged. It has the highest strength and second highest ductility compared to other variants of aluminum a2017.
Aluminum a2017-T4: To achieve this property, the metal is heat treated with a solution and naturally aged. It has the highest ductility compared to other variants of aluminum 2017
Aluminum a2017-T351: To achieve this temperature, the metal is heat treated with a solution, stress relieved, and then naturally aged. It has the second lowest ductility compared to other variants.
Aluminum a2017-O is aluminum 2017 in the annealed state. It has the lowest strength compared to other variants.
2. Aluminum EN AW-2024:
Aluminum a2024 has been used since 1931, but was only recognized as a standard in 1954, belonging to the 2xxx aluminum series, like aluminum A2017 it is supplemented mainly with copper and the products are mainly solid round plates and bars. A2024 is the symbol of the aluminum association abbreviated as (AA). According to the European standard named EN AW-2024 / ISO AlCu4Mg1, the British standard (BS) is denoted as EN. 2L97 and the North American metal numbering system is UNS. A92024. In addition, the AFNOR name (French) is A-U4G1.
Main composition: Aluminum with about 3.8% to 4.9% is copper (Cu)
Characteristics: It has extremely high strength, is often used in the aerospace industry, withstands strong stress and impact.
Application of aluminum a2024: Widely used in aircraft parts, spacecraft, high load parts in heavy industry.
3. Aluminum EN AW-2011: Is an aluminum alloy with a large amount of copper (Cu), has high strength, good machinability, is often widely used in applications requiring high precision and good bearing capacity.
Application: Manufacturing of machine parts, details in the aviation and precision engineering industries.
4. Aluminum EN AW-5083:
The main component is an alloy with Magnesium (Mg) accounting for about 4% - 4.9%. This is an aluminum alloy with extremely good corrosion resistance, especially in saltwater environments. It has high durability and is easy to process.
5. Aluminum EN AW-6082: Also an aluminum alloy with Magnesium (Mg) and Silicon (Si), with high durability, good corrosion resistance, easy to weld, this is also the most popular aluminum alloy on the market.
6. Aluminum EN AW-7075: An aluminum alloy with Zinc (Zn) accounting for about 5% to 6%, this is an aluminum alloy with extremely high durability, good abrasion resistance, but corrosion resistance is worse than some other aluminum alloys.
